This thirty-eight year old male had been bothered by an excessive amount of breast tissue that developed during his puberty. There were no identifiable causes for his condition and the rest of his examination was normal.
An incision was made along the edge of his areola and using a combination of liposuction and direct excision the excess tissue was removed. His post operative photographs were taken three months after the procedure. He has developed some hypertrophic scar at the incision that may require a minor revision later.
